Vinification : Grapes for this wine were harvested at peak ripeness, sorted both in the vineyard and cellar and crushed separately, by varietal and by block, into oak tanks. The wine underwent 45 days of maceration, with carefully monitored pump overs to extract optimal balance of color, flavor and tannin. The lots were kept separate throughout fermentation before being barreled down in 30% new oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months of aging.

Alcohol : 13% Case Production : 7,000 |
| Tasting Notes : Château de Bel-Air shows the generosity and distinction of an age worthy wine. The dark berry flavors and tight knit structure are ample and dense in youth, allowing the wine to evolve with great elegance and optimal balance. |
